Found an error? This is the message we most want to receive. If a number here is wrong or out of date, tell us — include the article and the figure, and we will check it, fix it, and publish the correction with the date.
Have a product you want recalculated? Tell us which one and the corridor or amount you care about. We keep a list and work through it.
Press or research? Happy to share our workings and sources.
Providers: if you believe we have misrepresented your pricing, email us with the correct figures and the page they come from. We will verify and correct it publicly if we got it wrong. We do not remove accurate figures, and we do not accept payment for placement or coverage.

What to include in your message
Include the page URL, the number or passage you are asking about, and a link to the source you want us to check. For transfer comparisons, include the currencies, amount and quote date. Please remove account numbers, card details and other private information before sending screenshots.
